Connecting to the TV
Turn on the TV using the remote on the TV cart
Plug in your computer using the HDMI cable.
If you need a display adapter, please ask for one at Reception. If Reception is closed, please ask Facilities or the IT Help Desk (ext. 372 / [email protected]) instead.
Open your computer's display settings and change your display settings to either mirror or extend your display to the projector.
When you're finished, please turn off the TV and put the HDMI cable neatly on the table
Connecting to the Microphone Puck
Room 231 contains a Jabra conference microphone that plugs directly into your computer via USB
If you need an adaptor to plug in this microphone, please ask for one at Reception. If Reception is closed, please ask Facilities or the IT Help Desk (ext. 372 / [email protected]) instead.
You may need to change your sound settings to use this Jabra device as both your speaker and microphone
